Byjus ias - No cancellation of COURSE

Hello,
I purchased Byjus IAS programme for * years on Condition to pay the fees in one year on Monthly basis installments . Their policy is ** days for refund but I just tell them * days later from that date that our financial condition is not good please help us to cancel the course. Now situation is reversed that I cant pay a single EMI as there is financial problem I facing. I asked Byjus team to please cancel my course as I cant pay the EMI (first installment only) and trying to convince for **days now we literally beg them to cancel it and also asked to take their all material and Refund us from **** rupees which which we paid as Registration fees. I will tell the series of Sequence:
*.First (Don’t remember date): Their Tablet came.
*. Books came around **/*/****
*. I applied for cancellation on */*/**** (Mail and Call to cancel team)
*. I now ** days after talking to them they just say we cant to anything from our end
You can take Either **% discount on that fees or extend the EMI length to ** months.
They are threatening us is Polite manner that to you had to pay the Fees even you don’t have money
My family is now is stress of how we will manage to pay Byjus or Pay **k college Fees in Upcoming September.
I also ask them to take your all study material and cut the valid amount from **** what charges are, but they are refusing to listen us.
Some of the cancellation guys are too rude to talk also but some are to good to and they always says we will forward your problem to our senior but we don’t they really forward the case or not.
I m feeling guilty now coz I decided to take this course even though we had some issues but now my parents are not talking to me on this topic only so I m fearing how I could cope with all this issue.
So I have only one request please help me to resolve my issue.
