C Moses filed complaint against No Broker on Nov 21, 2022
Took a plan from No Broker on ** Sept **** that allows to contact ** people. The No Broker app is recording contacts prior to ** Sept ****. Due to this the number of contacts shows ** and No Broker is refusing to check the "date of contact" How can the No Broker app "My Contacted Properties" show a different version and Customer Rep show different details. App clearly shows I have contacted only ** people. Due to this anomaly I have to take another plan and pay another Rs. **** They are refusing to check the dates and keep saying ** contacted. ** is the total number of contacts that includes properties from **** also.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
