Indigo - No assistance provided to facilitate embarkation on time

I am in defence and mostly family has to travel alone. This happened on ** Jan **, wherein my wife was travelling with two daughters age ** and ** yrs. Flight was scheduled to depart from Delhi Airport at ****h. After facing all hassle she travelled from Jaipur to Delhi and reached airport and joined the line for her number. View recently increase in tourism rush , line was long and by the time she reached counter she was told that she along with daughters can be allowed to board because she was late by ** mins. means she reached at ****hrs. To my horror that’s all they told her and no other assistance to facilitate her. I do believe heavy thick fog in Delhi and other multiple issue of travelling and standing in long que lead to this. No priority boarding or no employee helped her to get out for booking out of que, and they were blatantly ignorant to talk to her and even provide atleast some direction. I was shame on part of Indigo, wherein they consider them self working for the nation and all show to give discount to armed forces personnel to run their business. Humanity was existing no where and all they wanted to see was their operation, not understanding mental tyranny my wife and kids were going through.
