Hero Motocorp Limited - No App support for Vida Pro without registeration Number n

I took Vida V* Pro delivery on **th Aug,**** from Rajdeep Automobiles, AHMEDABAD.
Afterwards contacted vida support team for app support. As per record sale of vehicle not reported to hero motocorp & as customer I was not existed. So technically not eligible for customer service after sale. Till date no app support available to me. Though provided available receipt of purchase from dealer.
On same day (**th Aug,****) paid extra Rs **** for registration number choice with ****. But due to delay in sale report RTO process was not started & in result same number of choice reserved by some other customer.
On friday *th September, **** got called from dealer executive regarding choice number not available & asked for another choice number if any. So another choice number provided was ****. That number still available in rto system & today is **th Sep, ****. Its been almost ** days I took delivery. Not a single service provided from company or companies appointed dealer.
Now it seems again dealer is waiting for number to be gone to another customer & again delay loop of non service tradition of dealer.
It seems with this delay my fame * subsidy will be delay.
God help customer from such non serviceable dealer or company.
