An year ago I bought a phone one plus * . For almost a week I've been facing a problem with the display , it has got a black spot which is very bold and dark . I talked to customer care a lot and they recommended me to visit the nearest Service centre and I went there also. After looking at the phone and doing formal inspection they claimed it as a external damage and told me change the screen which costs approximately about ***** even the device is in warranty period . I can provide you the evidences if needed .There's no any damages or scratch on phone's display but no-one is listening . Please help .
