I have purchased oneplus * on **th July ****. The phone started showing on *rd August. For the first time i got it repaired on *th August at Authorized service center at MGF Mega city Mall Gurgaon it worked fine for a day and then again showed the same problem on *th August. Submitted the same on *th August and they have said that they have changed the charging component of the phone. I have raised my concern and asked them why he phone should not be replaced when it is just ** days old and being repaired twice.
My querry is when this phone is already creating trouble with ** days why should i be using this phone after getting it repaired.As a customer i m feeling cheated that after sepnding ** thousand rupees i have to use a phone which has been to service center twice and it is not even a month old.
