Purchase date: **-Mar-**
Major complaint: Bike engine turns off very frequently. When we press the clutch to slow down the vehicle or shift gear from * to * or when we riding bike slowly in bumper to bumper (heavy) traffic.
How long: Problem exists from Day *.
Resolution tried out: Lodged complaints at Bike dealer and HeroMotocorp as well. So far I left the bike for * times at service centre for rectifying this problem, but did not get proper resolution.
Expecteded resolution : Refund + Compensation
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
