Lenovo (INDIA) Private Limited - new Product Full Of Issues

i purchased the new laptop on *st april **** at * pm on *nd i had a trackpad issue on *rd i got a audio issue i contacted the customer care after * hour of talk they told me i will get a replacement laptop but the engineer came repaired the laptop and went from *th i got a new issue battery backup which is just one hour than after * days of talk i was again said a replacement would be done and the engineer packed the laptop after * days of packing i got the replacement certificate for which the tat is ** hours than since ** th of apr till today no replacement yet croma telling we are closed due to lockdown and lenovo telling they are not responsible for the replacement croma is responsible where in lenovo is selling new laptop from Warehouse .
