On date ** april **** I've applied for new NetPlus internet connection and paid the full amount of **** as per their guidelines. I said I'll pay when the internet connection is fully setup but they said you have to pay first in order to start the connection/internet plan on your name. So I paid them and sent them screenshot and after * day their technician came and put on internet wire without modem and later in the evening one man came and setup the modem. From that moment internet isn't working. Next day in the morning I called the guy who installed the modem to check this issue, he came, checked but still no answer, no internet connection. In the evening again called him to fix this issue but again they make changes and told me wait half an hour to *hrs to check if internet is working or not but problem is still the same. No internet connection. Modem is working, everthing is ON but no internet connection. Today I called their customer care and they again talked with me for long time said the same thing to wait *hrs but again no solution. Again called and they said we'll send technician at your place to check the internet.
All of this caused me a lot of trouble. I haven't work my office project since tuesday.
I am a new user and this is the first time I'm experiencing this behavior from internet company. I thought new users get good attention. All of this caused me mental trouble.
Till now my issue is not resolved.
Please resolve this ASAP.
