Flipkart - New laptop does not turn on

I got my acer aspire * on * June **** via Flipkart delivery boy. I looked for damages and for the right product. I was like brand new. But when the delivery boy tried to turn it on it does not respond anything. He suggested me to charge it up and then try turning on. After reaching home I realized it was neither charging nor turning on after trying for * hours. As soon as I realized it I asked for a replacement scheduled for * June . Nothing happened till now today is * June.

Please help me it is not a small amount l
