Voltas Ac - new item purchased but not installed

recently purchased a voltas * ton ac from berhamapur's m/s A ONE ENTERPRISES on **/**/**. at the time of purchase the dealer didnt tell about the fact that its installation will be done by company itself through booking online or by calling customer care. anyway we called next day the voltas customer care to which they assured that technician will call and visit within ** hours. but from that day till this day which is on **/**/** the voltas ac is still lying in my house after calling for * consecutive days from the day of purchase. also my staff visited the dealer * times after that but he is leaving every responsibility on the voltas company. i have called a ac installation guy from local market for which he will be charging us rs ****/- . its very mentally harrasing and discouraging from both company's and dealer's side. i have call recordings to customer care along with invoice bill in my support
