Gujarat Gas - new gas connection not come

Dear sir
I was apply a new gas connection for last four months ago, i was paid ****/- already, and they gay was said it will come in ** days but it was gone *** days
And i already complaints four times my complaints number is [***********],[***********],[***********],[***********] and they are not taking it seriously i need this gas connection very urgently i have not any other gas connection yet my registering number is[************] so i request you to provide me a new gas connection as soon as possible
