Riyaz Amin filed complaint against Gujarat Gas on Feb 1, 2020
We made an application for Gujarat gas pipeline connection on **/**/**** for the kitchen and bathroom. It has almost been a year and we still haven't got a connection. After repeated follow ups with the customer service executive at the office in Adajan. We still get to hear the same thing after * months that your complain has been forwarded on an urgent basis and the contractor will come.
Our building is a * story buliding with * flats out of which * flats already have gujarst gas pipeline connection, * flats are unsused and we were using hpcl gas cylinder. So we thought of changing over to pipeline gas and hence made the application but till date we are still without connection and extreme poor response from the company.
We need help in getting this matter resolved on an urgent basis.
