Videocon dth Ltd - New connection not installed

I had purchased a new Videocon connection online. Paid **** received customer id. But no one visited to install the new connection. All I was told was they haven't received my details yet, some said technician will visit, some asked to provide payment proof which I did provide. It's been *th day now since booking of new connection but no positive response. All I expected was a good service but now I am done with this Videocon. There are many other companies working better than this even in pandemic situation
