Paid amount for new connection on **/**/**** but connection is not given & even routers are not installed by technical team. Hathway giving false promises to the customers to opt for new connection. Executives asked me to make payment on **/**/**** and told like i will get my connection next day but till now no one contacted me for the new connection.. Poor customer service every time when i call customer care they telling same story everyday that you will get your connection in ** hours... ** hours.. ** hours.. Give me the new connection or else refund my amount.
I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
