I had ordered for a new battery for lenovo A**** through an authorised service center at Jamshedpur..it's been * weeks but the parts are not available in any of the outlets. There is no way that I can get a new battery now. The service center employees say since my phone is out of warranty, the company is not bothered at all and it may even take a month for the new battery to be available. I am completely stuck after buying a useless lenovo product.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
