Ramya V filed complaint against Vi India on Jul 21, 2021
Reasons:
*. I'm not able to make any calls using your Vi simcard, Getting message as"Not registered on network" and I have to restart my mobile every time.
*. Restarting my device minimum ** to ** times in a day, so now my device is not working properly
*. I have been trying to fix this, but none is helpful from Vi customer service
*. Since the network is not registered, my interview calls have been postponed and now it's canceled so it's a big loss for me
*. Customer care team asked to wait for ** hours saying that she is raising complaint for my issue but no complaint registered
*. I lost the network connectivity during my office call and they were trying to reach me but no luck so its turned out very badly like escalation and other formal memo.
*. Dropped an email to customer care team for refund but still I didn't get my money back
*. They have registered my complaint only after * days. During this time my number was not reachable most of the time.
