Vikas jhansal filed complaint against Vodafone on Oct 20, 2019
I was using Airtel postpaid from last one year but * months before I was facing network issues so I decided to change my network to Vodafone postpaid family plan. Company promised me to give best newtwork but now I can't even take and dial calls. I've complained about it to the Vodafone store, kalwar road but I am getting no response from them and no engineering team is coming to my area to check the problem. Now the problem is I can't port my sim card untill * months and I am stuck. My airtel bill is also running because my father doesn't want to port the sim after my issue and I am paying alot for nothing.
Please help me because I want to run an advertisement about my business but I am scared that I am not going to receive any call due to this issue.
I will be really appreciate if you can help me and help me to recover my loss.
