Ajay filed complaint against Jio on Nov 3, 2020
I am the customer of jio facing network problems from so many months in my location ..especially calls are dropping like anything and i am unable to browse the internet also this is the problem not only for me it is the problem of entire village i had raised the complaint so many times and the jio people are saying such meaningless words ....
and one more thing i wanted to let you know the network team or technician whoever comes to my location they are playing the cheap and silly tricks in front customers, when i raise the complaint hey are turning the antenna towards my village side and on the other hand opposite side people gives the complaint ..at that time they are turning the antenna towards that village ..this how they are doing .....technicians are also don't know why and where the actual problem is rising ...such a unskilled persons
