Vodafone And Idea VI - Network issue

I have been having this network problem since * month, no steps have been taken after the complaint, i've complained * times on the call centre level no actions have been taken i am still facing the same problem, again and again every day, the network just vanishes all of a sudden and shows no service or only *g network show but the internet doesnt work, i work from home and because of this problem i've lost my * projects that i've been working on as a freelancer i've lost **** rupees because of this,
