Vodafone - Network issue not resolved since 6 months

Hi sir/mam,

I am CA Rohan Agarwal from jaipur. Me and my family (around * connections) are loyal customers of Vodafone since years. I am facing network issues with vodafone due to which niether we can hear nor the other person is able to hear clearly. This issue is occuring since ~*months and already raised so many complaints with vodafone via vodafone mobile app. Last complain was raised on **th april'** (#RAJ-V***********) and the same was automatically closed on **st april'** without any prior confirmation with the person who has raised the issue. This was not the first time but it is a practice whenever we raised any ticket in past.
Secondly, when I was unable to get resolution in this way, I tried to raise complain on *** on **/** april'**, where I got a chance to talk to Anchal with whom I shared my issue and instead of resolving it, she told me that I will receive a call from her senior after * hour. I am still waiting for such call but didnt received any call.
After these, I found you as a correct escalation matrix and therefore asks help from your side to resolve issue here.

Request you to please help on urgent basis because its not me but all the persons in my colony @banipark, jaipur which is a posch colony of Jaipur.
