I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Broadband Internet
The issue that I have experienced was: It’s more than ** hrs , that I have requested for ACT fibernet connection.on first day only I paid all the money.when I called first time,they told me that within ** hrs they will give the connection.
I was continuesly calling them nearly ** times. Some support persons are keeping my phone aside and not answering the call, some are asking me to wait another ** hrs, some people don’t know how act app works
I am very frustuated on this false network.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
