Jio Fibernet Hyderabad - Network connectivity issue to my TV

I have taken the jio fiber connection on **th Jun but internet is not connecting to my TV, i raised a complaint against network issue and the ticket number is SR*****M*AK*, so far there is no fix for my ticket, but ticket was closed with out any resolution, Technical engineer visited home and ask me the OTP to close the ticket, i told him with out resolving ticket how can you close the ticket but technical engineer said, he will resolve the issue once the ticket closed, but he left by leaving the issue as it is and said he will be come back by evening. Really worst experience with Jio fiber, not even * week completed, in such a short period i was called multiple times to jio care to fix the issue. i told jio care to refund my amount back if they are not able to fix the issue.
