Jio Fibernet Hyderabad - Latency issue of Jio

I got Jio fibernet connection at my place * months ago in hyderabad,they promised * latency for gaming,and that is why I have choose Jio because that is my source of income as I stream games,but from past more than a month i have been getting ***+ ping and very high latency,i have atleast called,mailed jio fibernet service atleast ** times in a month and i either dont get a reply or either they say they will solve.Till today they havent refunded or even bothered solving my issue even after many attempts to call them and mail them,and breaching what they told * latency for gaming,because of this issue it is causing me monetary issue.The internet is very very shit and service is even worse and they arent ready to fix it.Whenever i call they just tell that they will solve the problem later.
