the payment for the new broadband is collected from me on ** june ****. and the broadband is installed on ** june **** but the wire is not clipped yet and they are all spread in my house ..
the speed which i opted and make payment is for ** mbps for an year but the speed is coming is very less i.e **.* mbps only .Gtpl done fraud they said for ** mbps and the result is nill .i have checked my net speed on speed.test.net.in bcoz they asked me to do so .
In this way they cheated .and now they are not taking the call and started ignoring us . so i request other customers to take decision after seeing this complaint because the same thing can be done with u by Gtpl so be aware and carefull ..
and i request kindly solve my problem.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
