Tanmay Binjrajka filed complaint against nestaway on Aug 5, 2019
I rented a fully furnished house using Nestaway and moved in the house on **th July, ****. I am provided with basic amenities like fridge, stove, refrigerator by Nestaway and as per our talks with their representative, they should have been fully functional before move-in. But neither the house was cleaned, stove/washing machine was not even working.
I have been calling Nestaway everyday since the past * days but nobody came to repair the stove. They guarantee that a service person would come the next day to repair the appliance but everything is a false claim. Even after calling them everyday, they are not even acknowledging our requests. We are being harassed mentally by Nestway since the day we moved in. Please make sure atleast our gas stove gets repaired. Even for getting other items serviced, they took more than a week, which should have been done before we moved in. Please do the needful.
