I ordered shoes on red tape and got them on **th march. However, after receiving it I don't like shoes as these were not as I expected. So I filed a return request on the same day. After that, whenever I try to contact customer care to know about my request status they always tell me that due to technical glitch in their system my pickup request did not register and they will align my pickup request with their respective pickup partner i.e, Ecom express. On top of that, it may take ** hrs to get any response from Ecoms' side. I never received any update neither from Ecom nor from red tape.This goes on, I gave them different addresses thinking that this may help me. I still got nothing. I tried my best to contact them. Now they are not picking up my call from yesterday. Order id: ******, return id: ****
