Sirphire - neither product delivered nor refunding the amount

I purchased a cover and a tempered glass for *** from sirphire on **th September since then order is getting delayed, I tried reaching out to them they dont pick calls , I raised a ticket not answered also my email didn't got responded. When somehow I connected through WhatsApp then they denied to refund.
