Hello Dear Sir/Maam,
I am having account in Indian Bank, Mall road, Amritsar branch .A payment of rs.****/- has been made via razor-pay on *th April but no services or refund has been ever received since then.

I had conversation with Razorpay on ticket of complaint. All they said is , on filing chargeback, if merchant doesn't respond, they will refund me the amount under their “CHARGEBACK PROCESS”. Now even bank is showing disinterest in helping in any way due to insufficient funds available in merchant account
