Nurserylive Pune - Neither delivering order nor refunding
Madhura filed complaint against Nurserylive Pune on May 20, 2021
Placed orders on may *th but till now status showing as processing!! And when tried to reach out customer service guess what!! such a useless and hopeless support!!! They just copy paste the template and no proper updates!!! When asked about refund he said we cannot refund you have to wait for your order and not even giving expected delivery date!!! They are just giving COVID norms reason!!!! Which is not acceptable!!! Such a pathetic service!
