Lic Of India - Negligence of Premium by LIC Agent

I am writing you this complaint regarding my lock policy (*********- Komal Jeevan) and the whole Lic system I experienced.

I have LIC policies since **** and handling different plans for all my family.... and as the system was set pay the premium through agent or LIC office I did both.

But for above policy I paid the amount to agent (*******D - Sri.Satwik Paithankar) but he didn't deposited that in the policy and even didn't mention that it is due hence that is locked than I visited Head office few months back and took the help of my another agent (******** - Vijay Vallabh Gupta) to process the dues and penalty (why I had to pay? as was not the reason for that and is a big question...but I made a cheque) with cheque amount with the name of Lic and required self attested documents for the process and on top of it to open another policy which may help him to achieve his Lic target for the year.... after....it was pathetic to chase the agent(s) and customer care and Online Lic system, but these were only the option I had and I tried, but even though I couldn't make policy unlocked.

Now earlier agents were intimating you for your coming premiums/ plans but now if you call them they say go online... I am happy and I had created my account for that but it is no use for my that locked policy (because it provides the status locked and disable to pay option) and hence seriously thinking to close all my policies and investments with.
