I have purchased a boat company partypal** Bluetooth speaker. One day suddenly it caught fire and didn't function,then I raised a complaint on *th June **** then the technician came and took the battery which was damaged and he told me to pay for the battery, I agreed. But he didn't come or call me. After talking with the boat company agent two three times,he came after perhaps one month. He inserted the battery and took money for it but did not check anything. When I try to play the speaker it doesn't function as well as not getting charged. I called immediately him ,he assured me to repair it but when I again called him he didn't receive my call any more. When I check my email I found the message that the problem is solved. Again I contacted the boat service centre, they assured me to wait for **hours but everything in vain . No technician came or no update available, even my ticket number not found in the site.
I have been tortured physically and mentally by the company and still giving feedback, even I told to file consumer case against boat still no response.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
