Akshara Abhimanyu filed complaint against Paytm Mall on Oct 28, 2018
Dear Sir,
This is reference to my shopping order no. ********** which i placed on *th october ****. Order delivery due date was **rd October which was dispatched through Delhivery International AWB no. *************. When tracking the order there is no progress after **th october **** and it says ‘Package not received from Client’.
After making repetitive enquiry on your **x* helpline num and text , there is absolutely no response from your end nor from the courier partner. Call on customer care num is not being answered. Its been *days over the delivery due date and I have no idea of product delivery nor I am able to get any help on the status from PayTm.
This is a high negligence customer service from such a reputed brand. As a frequent customer its highly disappointing for me. I request you to take appropriate action against this and update me regarding the same. Or I will have to escalate the matter to higher level.
I am hereby enclosing the screenshot of order status on your courier delivery partner website and my complaint status on your **x* website.
