Ratha Ramasamy filed complaint against Meesho on Apr 12, 2021
I've ordered an embroidered navy blue lehanga but I've received some four random maroon cloth which is not at all a lehanga and the supplier name is Kasodariya Bhavesh and the order no is *********. Also I've paid *** ruppess to the delivery person. But then I got a call from Ecom Express stating you got a lehanga parcel. I was shocked to hear this because I've ordered only one lehanga and now two different suppliers had sent me the product. I'm yet to receive the other parcel. I suspect there's something that went wrong from the Meesho end where two different suppliers have been involved which is not a good thing and this is also a crime. I would need my amount to be refunded else I will need the exact product which I actually ordered. Please take required actions ASAP.
