ROYAL OAK FURNITURE - Need refund or complete replacement for faulty product

I had purchase King size bed from Royal Oak (INR *****). On the day of delivery (**th July)- we found the product to be defective. I had registered two complaints with Royal oak customer care- reference number (RIPL****** and RIPL*****). Since then there has been ~** visits by different technicians however the issue remains unresolved. Store Manager Vijay and Installation Manager Naveen are cheating with repeated false promises. In the last visit today technician told that the product is defective. I request for support from government to stop this harassment and hence me with replacement or refund
