I had ordered for a dress on **th January ****. The quality of the material was too bad and not matching with the picture shown in their website. I had informed them through an email and they denied refunding of money saying its not defective. Also they dont have any customer care number to inform regarding the same.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
