Playerzpot Media Private Limited - Need full refund

I have sent them a mail asking them for the refund for their technical mistake for which I lost Rs ****. On **.**.****, I have sent them a mail regarding this issue and had also telephonically contacted them talked to Mr Minad Faradekar and he assure me that he will come up with a resolution by Monday, i.e today and today I once again contacted them and talked to Mr Radhe Shyam and he refused to process the refund under the pretext that the issue was already resolved but after that I asked and convinced him that the issue was not resolved then he again ask for * days time which is over and above their TAT time. On **.**.**** I have emailed them "Dear Team, I was not able to edit team as it was showing error "minimum * and maximum * batsmen allowed" but in fact I have already selected * batsmen(screenshot attached for your reference). Because of this technical glitch I couldn't able to edit team, Please refund my joining amount. Regards, " for which I got reply as under which is irrelevant to my case "Hi, As checked, As Per the DATA we received from OFFICAL Broadcaster before Match completion, Match has been successfully completed & Winning amount distributed to all the winners.
