Hi , this is abdul . Am playing playerzpot for long time . Recently i have faced two issues with playerzpot . One is wrong points assigning to wrong player because of that I lost **** winning amount. Now i have **k in my wallet , when i try to withdraw it was showing your kyc rejected because of you are from banned state. Ok fine but when i mail the support team they said as a one time exception we will process withdrawl so share us your account number. For ** days am continuously shared my account number. Actually as per one time exception they have to revert my amount and they have to block my account. But they blocked my account first and not processed my withdrawl. They are saying that they transferred amount when am asking details they stopped replying now. I lost **k + **** because of neglegence and recklase manner. I want my money back and apologies. And also I demand to close playerzpot because of their negelegence we losing money.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
