Simplilearn Solutions Private Limited - Need a refund from Simplilearn solutions

Hi,

My name is Vishal Kamtane. I had registered for the Cybersecurity course from Simplilearn and found that the course contents mentioned by their lecturers are not being covered properly. I have registered for their Cybersecurity course and my current course was with the IIT Kanpur campus in collaboration with Simplilearn. Means everything is managed by Simplilearn. But it was been found that they assigning any lecturer who does not have adequate knowledge about the subject and is trying to conduct the course. One such incident happened with me when I connected with the trainer and he was not able to resolve the issue. Hence I requested Simplilearn for help and they took * weeks to resolve this issue. In which my training days were lost. When I requested for an alternate batch they specified that this course is going to end.
Also the trainer has been completely incompetent in providing the training, as on **nd Feb **** the trainer was unable to completely explain the problem statement also he was unable to teach for an hour. This happened for almost each and every lecture which was conducted in the month of February. There was a LSM, who did not even care to look into this issue. Now SImplilearn is neither ready to change the batch. Now looking into the above mentioned facts, I feeling a lot of harrasment from this company. Hence I would now request for a complete refund as I do not want to continue.
