Whitehat Jr - NACH cancellation and refund the amiunt deducted

I wrote to whitehat jr on **/**/**** that " In September ****, I enrolled my child for a trial class with WhitehatJr. The fee for the trial class, amounting to Rs. ****/-, was paid in advance. However, I did not opt for the regular course. On **/**/****, an amount of Rs. ****/- was deducted from my account by NACH (vide reference no. ACHDr NACH************** Mamta Projects) .

After that whitehat jr replied me on **/**/**** that Thank you for writing to us. We fully understand your concern.

We have closed the process on our end, we informed the loan partner, FinancePeer inline with our time commitment to you.

We have looped in Financepeer on this email, including the CEO of Financepeer, to speed up and help resolve your concern.
