Raghvendra Singh Gohil filed complaint against Myntra on Mar 30, 2025
I am facing a problem with my order (Order ID #*******) for the product "Pilgrim Set of * Matte Me Up Mini Liquid Lipstick (*ml each) - Always on Top." Here are the details of the issue:
Product Mismatch: I ordered two sets of the lipsticks combo, expecting each to contain four *ml(*x*ml) lipsticks. However, I received four lipsticks, each only *ml in size (*x*ml). This discrepancy means that I did not receive the product as described on the Myntra platform.
Return Complications: I attempted to resolve this issue by exchanging the product three times. At last, Myntra accepted the return for one of the set, they have not accepted the return for the second one. Their response indicates that they checked the product at dispatch and claim there was no tampering, asserting that it was delivered correctly.
Confirmation from Pilgrim: I contacted Pilgrim’s customer service, and they confirmed that there is an error in the product description listed on Myntra. This acknowledgment supports my case that I did not receive what was promised. Also, the product with such description doesnt exist in the market at the MRP *** INR. I also shared screenshot of the email from Pilgrim but they gave the same response.
Request for Resolution
I am seeking assistance in facilitating the return of the second lipstick set, as it does not match what was advertised. It is important for customers to receive products as described, and I believe this situation warrants further review and resolution.
