Myntra - Myntra Return put on hold

I ordered a dress from Myntra. Received a different product, which I immediately put on return. The pickup guy came and match the product with details given to him, which did not match as expected. He did not pick up the item, put the return on hold and suggested me to file another complain with Myntra. Which I am unable to do as they are not accessible on their contact number. There is no way a customer can complain out of their closed group of query types. This is not expected from Myntra, who boast of their easy return policy, where customers can return items even if they don't like them. Here I am, not able to return an item , I did not order in first place.
This is disappointing.
I want the item to be returned or replaced. I dont like what I received.
