I recently made a purchase on Myntra, ordering an Under Armour Performance *.* Polo Collar T-Shirt, size SM (S), priced at ₹ *,***. Upon receiving the item, I was dissatisfied with both the size and quality. I understand that Myntra’s return policy allows for returns of Under Armour products within a *-** day window. However, despite being well within this timeframe and the t-shirt being in perfect condition with tags and packaging intact, I was informed that the product is not returnable.
I contacted customer support, but they did not provide a satisfactory reason for rejecting the return, despite this product being neither a cosmetic nor undergarment, which are known to be non-returnable. This situation is particularly surprising as I am a loyal customer of Under Armour, and I expect their products to meet higher standards. Myntra's refusal to process this return has caused inconvenience and loss, especially given the price of the product.
I kindly request that Myntra be held accountable and resolve this issue by accepting the return and refunding the amount of ₹ *,***. If this issue is not addressed, I may need to escalate the complaint further through legal channels. I have also sent an email to Myntra support regarding this matter but have yet to receive a response.
