Myntra - Myntra not taking back the product l

I have ordered shirt from Myntra. After receiving the shirt it has no product tag. The size and design of shirt was also not matching. And they are not taking back the shirt. Saying that the product tag is not available. After registering the complaint through their app. they are saying We have further validated the claim and regret to inform that we are unable to accept the return request for this product based on the following details:

- Product went through the mandatory quality check.
- The product was sealed in a tampered proof packaging.
- No instance of package tampering was reported.

Please help me in this regard
