Mynta - Myntra not accepting my return request

I had purchased Set of * Brown & Purple Lord Budha Perimum Canvas Painting (e-craftindia) alongwith other products with I had bought from Myntra on ** Sep **. The painting was delivered to me on ** Sep **. The product quality was very poor so raised a return request for the same. On raising the return request, Myntra told to self - ship the order. I self shipped the order on ** Oct ** (speed post slip enclosed). I self shipped the product as it was received alongwith all the tags/stickers which I received with the product. The product was received at Myntra warehouse on ** Oct **. Myntra emailed me that it will take * days for quality check after receiving the product and post quality check the refund will be done. The self shipping will also be credited into Myntra credits. But on ** Oct ** (after ** days of receiving the product) Myntra emailed me that the product failed the quality check view price tags missing. I called and emailed Myntra multiple times that I had shipped the order as it was received. I had not removed anything from the product. I had shipped the product as it was received with all tags/ stickers. And requested them to consider the case. But they rejected my request everytime. They had reshipped the order back to my address. I mentioned that I will not accept the reshipped order, Myntra emailed me that it will be not thier responsibility.

I want my money back not the reshipped order. The quality of the product is very poor.

Please help me w.r.t this. I will be highly grateful.
