myntra - myntra is not picking up wrong product and returing my refund

I orderd ambree suit set from myntra . on october **** they delivered wrong product to me . then I raised a complaint to myntra that wrong product get delivered. then on **th october they delivered actual product to me . but face fit issue with the original product.so I raised return and refund request .then on same day means on **th October delivery boy come to my door step and took the actual product from me give me the wrong product back which he delivered earlier by saying that tomorrow he will come to pick this product. but today is **th October no body come to my house during this did so many call to myntra but they just raise complaint and didnot do any any resolutions.
