Myntra - Myntra did not send two kurtas in a parcel but with just bills and single kurta not accepting claims

I am giving you the chronology of
events so that what happened will be clear:

*. The order for * kurties were made on **th August with the Order number
*******-*******-*******. The amount totaling Rs.****.**.

*. Items in this order are:
a. Myshka Women Mustard Yellow Printed Straight Kurta
b. Anouk Women Black and Mustard Yellow Printed Straight Kurta
c. AKS Women Lime Green Solid Straight Kurta

*. Of the above, item number (b) above was delivered on **st August. It is
absolutely fine. Vide your Invoice number : C***************.

*. The next parcel to arrive is a parcel which had two invoices on *rd
September.
a. Invoice number C*************** for item b,
b. Invoice number C*************** for the item (c) above AKS Women Lime
Green Kurta

*. Of the two items the parcel only had Anouk Black and Mustard Yellow Kurta
and *NOT AKS Women Lime Green Kurta *

*We did not suspect the parcel to have only one item. Also we were not
aware that you would send one item first and then two. I thought it is
possible to get yet another parcel as they are from different companies. *

*Only when I saw the delivery message online saying both items delivered, I
was shocked. *

That is when I sent you the complaint.

I am enclosing the photos of the items I received ( two in numbers) and the
package in which they came. Kindly note that both the time it was a lady
who delivered it to us.

Kindly look into the matter as I am a frequent buyer and should not be disappointed due to errors. Kindly arrange to send me the item as soon as
possible.
The above was my mail to Myntra but they kept telling they have stringent QC. We have provided all the photos of kurtas received and even the photos of the parcels. When they were all from different manufacturers how they would have sent in two parcels? They only combine products from the same manufacturer. While talking over phone, they talk like we are cheating and ask for proof but when given in email, they just reject and regret.
