Shashi filed complaint against Myntra on Sep 9, 2020
I ordered a U.S. Polo Assn. Men Tan Brown Solid Leather Derbys. Instead a different product US polo slip on shoes was delivered to me. So I returned the item and asked for refund. They took away the product and then put it on hold for like ** days and when I raised the issue they are saying
“Please be informed that we have validated the aforementioned complaint and I regret to inform you that your request has not been approved as the product was shipped from our end post proper quality check. Hence, we would not be able to accommodate any further return/exchange request and the decision stands final.”
This is like totally scamming and fraud .
Kindly help me out here.
