I received pair of used shoes from the wrong company in a sealed Myntra bag from the delivery partner, the same day I raised the issue along with pictures, which also got approved by Myntra but the delivery partner refused to collect it, following which I raised many return attempts and delivery partner never came to collect the shoes. I raised this issue thrice with customer care and had a chat with the inspection supervisor who finally said he checked everything and the shoes delivered to me are correct and they can not do anything about it. Along with this, he mentioned if I raise a case in consumer court nothing will happen.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
