Myntra - Myntra Delivered Incomplete Order and Denying Refund for 2 Missing Items

Complaint Details:
I am filing this complaint against Myntra for deceptive fulfillment and deficiency of service. I ordered * Vellure linen shirts (Blue, Brown, and Pink) via Myntra. However, the sealed package I received contained only * shirt, and it was the wrong color (Beige). The Blue and Pink shirts were completely missing.
I have already returned the incorrect Beige shirt, but Myntra has unjustly closed my ticket and refused to issue a refund for the * missing items, claiming their warehouse packed all *.
I have solid proof of their warehouse packing error:
False Weight Claim: My Bill of Supply (Invoice: I****FI*********) claims the package weight was *.* KG. A single linen shirt inside a paper bag weighs approximately *** grams. It is mathematically impossible that the package weighed *.* KG.
Courier Proof: The package was handled by Flipkart Logistics (AWB: MYSC**********). The actual physical transit weight scanned by the courier's digital scale will prove the bag was far too light to contain * items.
Label Discrepancy: The shipping label lists all * items printed at the bottom, yet the physical weight and contents prove only * item was placed inside.
Myntra is ignoring this hard evidence and holding my money for products they never shipped. I request immediate intervention to get my money back.
Desired Resolution:
Full refund for the * missing items (Blue and Pink shirts).
